About the Role
Inside Planners & Infrastructure is looking for a proactive and organized Purchase Manager to manage the end-to-end procurement process for our interior and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of vendor management, material sourcing, price negotiation, purchase planning, and timely delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities
• Vendor sourcing & management
• Material procurement for interior/construction projects
• Quotation comparison & price negotiation
• Purchase Order preparation
• Material planning & timely delivery
• Vendor follow-ups & relationship management
• Cost control and purchase documentation
• Coordination with project/site/accounts teams
Required Skills & Qualification
✅ 2–3 years of Purchase/Procurement experience
✅ Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
✅ Experience in Interior/Construction/Infrastructure preferred
✅ Good negotiation & communication skills
✅ Strong knowledge of MS Excel
✅ Good vendor network and follow-up skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and urgent requirements
