About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation & Billing Engineer to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for project estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, site measurements, client and contractor billing, and project cost monitoring.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction estimation and billing, proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD, and the ability to coordinate effectively with site and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, rate analysis, and measurements.
Prepare and verify client, contractor, RA, final, and vendor bills.
Conduct and verify site measurements.
Track quantities, project costs, variations, and additional/deviation works.
Prepare variation and reconciliation statements.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Architects, Contractors, Vendors, and Clients.
Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, drawings, work orders, and costing.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Estimation, Billing & Quantity Surveying.
Good understanding of BOQ, Rate Analysis & Measurements.
Proficiency in MS Excel & AutoCAD.
Knowledge of construction materials and execution.
Good communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
What We Offer
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
