We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can bridge data engineering, analytics, and client-facing insights to solve complex commercial problems and turn data into decisions.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own analytical deliverables end-to-end—from understanding client requirements and building robust data pipelines to developing dashboards, statistical models, and actionable insights.
You’ll work closely with Data Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations, while engaging directly with clients to translate business questions into scalable analytical solutions.

What You’ll Do
Gather and translate client business requirements into end-to-end reporting pipelines, analytical models, dashboards, and insights.
Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and analytical workflows using AWS, SQL, Python, and Redshift, in close collaboration with Senior Data Engineering.
Develop sophisticated reporting and visualization solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
Apply statistical methods, machine learning, and advanced analytics to improve existing tools, processes, and commercial decision-making.
Bridge technical data work with client-facing reporting, interpretation, and recommendations.
Lead project deliverables from requirements through execution, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Work directly with clients to communicate findings, resolve data challenges, and translate analysis into business impact.
Establish strong practices for data validation, reconciliation, QA, documentation, and auditability in high-stakes analytical environments.
Write reusable, production-quality code and develop automation frameworks for recurring analyses and reporting.
Apply prompt engineering and LLM-based coding techniques to accelerate analytical workflows and automation.
Mentor team members and raise the bar on analytical, visualization, and engineering best practices.

What You Bring
4+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with strong expertise in AWS, SQL, and Python.
A B.Tech or other technical degree.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
Strong understanding of data management and business intelligence methodologies.
Experience building analytical pipelines, dashboards, automated reporting, and scalable data solutions.
Strong statistical and quantitative skills, with exceptional attention to numerical accuracy.
Experience working with large, complex datasets and performing data validation and reconciliation.
Proven ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and own deliverables independently.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
Proficiency with Git/GitHub and collaborative software development practices.
Experience with finance and pricing analytics is highly desirable.
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted coding is a strong advantage.
Exposure to healthcare, MedTech, Pharma, or life sciences—particularly pricing—is a significant plus.
Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment where priorities and processes evolve.
