Business Operations Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Business Operations Manager who can oversee and coordinate day-to-day business activities across multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations.
The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination between management and various teams, ensuring smooth business operations, effective team coordination, proper manpower utilization, and timely execution of tasks.
This role requires someone who can take ownership, identify operational issues, coordinate with different teams, and ensure that day-to-day activities continue smoothly even in the absence of senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities across Sales, Marketing, Operations.
Monitor daily headcount, attendance, availability, and team deployment.
Coordinate allocation and distribution of leads among the sales team.
Monitor lead allocation and ensure proper utilization and follow-up.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and avoid operational bottlenecks.
Identify and resolve team-level conflicts and operational issues.
Monitor team performance and ensure that assigned responsibilities are being completed on time.
Act as a point of contact between employees/team leaders and senior management.
Ensure that company policies, processes, and management decisions are properly implemented.
Maintain daily/weekly operational reports and provide updates to management.
Track important business activities and highlight delays, gaps, or concerns to management.
Support management in manpower planning, team coordination, and business decisions.
Ensure discipline, accountability, and effective communication across teams.
Take ownership of critical operational matters in the absence of senior management.
Coordinate with department heads/team leaders to ensure business continuity.
Identify areas for process improvement and suggest practical solutions.
What We’re Looking For
2–6 years of experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, Business Administration, Management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of day-to-day business operations and team coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously.
Good leadership and people-management skills.
Strong ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
Ability to work independently and take decisions when required.
