Job Title: Butler
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented Butler to join a prestigious five-star hotel environment. The Butler will provide personalized, discreet, and exceptional service to VIP guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable, seamless, and memorable.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a luxury-service mindset, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized and five-star luxury service to VIP, VVIP, and high-profile guests.
Welcome and escort guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle luggage, unpacking and packing services, where required.
Assist guests with room orientation and explain hotel facilities and services.
Anticipate guest requirements and proactively provide personalized assistance.
Coordinate guest requests with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, Concierge, Engineering, and other departments.
Arrange in-room dining, restaurant reservations, transportation, appointments, and special requests.
Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of guest rooms and suites in coordination with Housekeeping.
Provide pressing, shoe-care, wardrobe, and other personal services according to hotel standards.
Prepare and arrange rooms for VIP arrivals, special occasions, celebrations, and personalized amenities.
Maintain complete discretion regarding guest information, preferences, schedules, and personal matters.
Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, services, restaurants, local attractions, and transportation options.
Build professional relationships with regular and VIP guests and maintain accurate guest preferences.
Ensure all services comply with the hotel's luxury service standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the Butler Manager or management team.
