Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, pitching Speedioo’s offerings, and driving sales conversions.
This is a pure sales role focused on lead conversion and revenue generation, with no involvement in customer support or service.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers through calls and pitch Speedioo’s offerings.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions.
Drive the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Handle customer objections effectively and drive successful closures.
Continuously improve sales pitch, product knowledge, and conversion techniques.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales.
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and confidently close sales.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of CRM tools.
Candidates with more than 2 years of experience are not preferred for this role.
