Role Description The Clinical Coordinator RMO role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day clinical activities, including supporting IVF specialists during consultations and procedures, monitoring patients in pre- and post-procedure areas, and ensuring timely documentation and updates in medical records. The Clinical Coordinator RMO will provide direct patient care under supervision, assist in critical care situations, and help manage medication administration and treatment schedules in accordance with established protocols. The role involves clear communication with patients and families regarding treatment plans, coordinating with nursing, embryology, and administrative teams, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and ethical standards. The Clinical Coordinator RMO will also contribute to clinical audits, data collection, and research-related activities to support continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Candidates should possess skills in Patient Care and Medicine to provide safe, evidence-based clinical support during IVF and related procedures.
Candidates should possess competencies in Critical Care Medicine to assist in monitoring and managing patients in critical or high-dependency situations as needed.
Candidates should possess Research skills to support data collection, clinical audits, and participation in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
Relevant qualifications such as MBBS or equivalent medical degree, with registration from the appropriate medical council, are required.
Prior experience in IVF, reproductive medicine, or hospital/clinical coordination roles is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as per clinical requirements.
