Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based at Nova IVF Fertility in Jaipur. The Nurse will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients undergoing fertility evaluations and treatments, including assisting with consultations, preparing patients for procedures, and monitoring post-procedure recovery. Daily responsibilities include administering medications and injections as per protocols, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and supporting physicians and embryologists during IVF, IUI, and related ART procedures. The Nurse will educate patients and their partners on treatment plans, medication schedules, and lifestyle recommendations, while maintaining strict infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards. The role also involves coordinating appointments, supporting patient counseling sessions, and contributing to quality improvement and adherence to NIF’s clinical policies and protocols.
Qualifications
Clinical nursing skills relevant to fertility and reproductive health, including patient assessment, medication administration, and basic emergency response.
Strong patient care and counseling abilities, with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and providing emotional support during fertility treatment.
Competence in infection control, safety practices, and adherence to clinical protocols and documentation standards.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, embryologists, counselors, and administrative staff.
Proficiency in maintaining electronic medical records and handling patient data with confidentiality and accuracy.
Recognized nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) and valid registration with the appropriate nursing council.
Prior experience in IVF, obstetrics and gynecology, or reproductive medicine settings is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and adapt to evolving protocols.
