Looking for an energetic HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment, mainly for Sales Hiring
Key Responsibilities
• Candidate sourcing through *Naukri, LinkedIn & job portals
• Resume screening & initial candidate calls
• Interview coordination & follow-ups
• Candidate engagement till joining
• Maintain recruitment MIS & trackers
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
