Hiring: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales | Thane / Central Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to lead and drive a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate & manage the sales team
• Drive monthly targets, site visits & closures
• Monitor leads, follow-ups and team performance
• Guide the team on client handling & negotiations
• Maintain CRM updates and daily reports
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Team Handling
• Experience in Mulund, Bhandup, Nahur, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar or Powai preferred
• Strong communication, leadership & negotiation skills
• Real Estate Channel Partner experience preferred
CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA + Incentives
Location: Thane / Central Mumbai
