Lead Analyst - Accounts Receivable (Medical Billing/RCM)

Role Description The Lead Analyst - Accounts Receivable role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Analyst – Accounts Receivable to drive operational excellence, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across Accounts Receivable operations. The role will provide day-to-day floor support, oversee assigned workloads, conduct quality audits, identify process gaps, and coach team members to improve accuracy, productivity, and overall business outcomes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Accounts Receivable operations, denial management, quality assurance, process improvement, and team coaching, with the ability to analyze trends, resolve complex operational issues, and drive accountability across the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Healthcare RCM operations.
Previous experience in a Lead Analyst, Senior Analyst, SME, Quality Analyst, or team-support role.
Experience working with healthcare claims, denials, payer processes, and HIPAA-regulated environments is preferred.
