About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer – Python/Flask to join SynapsPro and contribute to the development and evolution of our SaaS platform.
You will work on real product features across backend development, APIs, databases, frontend interfaces, integrations, security, performance, and deployment.
As part of an early-stage product team, you will have the opportunity to contribute beyond coding and participate in technical discussions, feature planning, architecture, and product improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Flask
• Design and develop REST APIs and backend services
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces
• Design, integrate, and optimize relational databases
• Build modules for employee, HR, attendance, leave, workflow and organization management
• Integrate third-party APIs and AI-enabled services
• Implement authentication, authorization and role-based access control
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues and security concerns
• Write clean, reusable and maintainable code
• Work with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development
• Participate in product design and technical architecture discussions
• Assist with testing, deployment, monitoring and continuous product improvement
Required Skills
