We are looking for a motivated Junior Python Developer to join our development team and contribute to building and improving the SynapsPro platform.
Role Overview
As a Junior Python Developer, you will primarily work on backend development, APIs, databases, business logic, integrations, automation, and application performance.
You will collaborate with developers and business teams to understand requirements and convert them into reliable, secure, and scalable software features.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, debug, and maintain Python-based backend applications.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, backend services, and business logic.
• Develop new product features and enhance existing SynapsPro modules.
• Design and work with relational databases, queries, and data models.
• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and role-based access controls.
• Integrate backend services with web and mobile applications.
• Develop automated workflows, notifications, scheduled processes, and reporting functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve application, API, database, and performance issues.
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, bug fixing, documentation, and releases.
• Assist with deployment and production troubleshooting.
• Continuously improve code quality, application performance, and development practices.
Technical Skills
Required:
• Strong Python programming fundamentals
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Data structures and logical problem solving
• Backend web development concepts
• SQL and relational database fundamentals
• REST API and JSON concepts
• Git/version control
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills
Good to Have:
Exposure to Flask, Django or FastAPI; PostgreSQL; Docker; Linux; Nginx; JavaScript/TypeScript; cloud/VPS environments; WebSockets; Pandas/NumPy; or AI/LLM integrations will be advantageous.
Candidates are not expected to know every technology listed above. Strong Python fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn are more important.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Software Engineering, BCA, MCA, or a related discipline.
Candidates with equivalent practical experience and strong development skills may also be considered.

Fresh graduates with strong academic projects, internships, personal projects, freelance experience, GitHub repositories, or deployed applications are encouraged to apply.
