Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving measurable growth across digital channels. In this role, the individual will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other paid media channels, focusing on ROI, CPA, and ROAS targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing budgets, conducting A/B tests, analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve results. The role also involves collaborating with creative, content, and account management teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies that align with client goals. The Performance Marketing Manager will stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong performance marketing skills, including experience with paid search, paid social, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
Candidates should possess solid analytical skills, including proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and basic reporting in Excel or Google Sheets.
Candidates should possess campaign management skills, including budget allocation, bid optimization, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Candidates should possess digital strategy skills, including audience segmentation, conversion rate optimization, and understanding of customer journeys.
Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective teamwork with creative, content, and account management teams and clear reporting to stakeholders.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Experience working in or with agencies and familiarity with industries such as hospitality, fashion, e-commerce, or related domains is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and client requirements.
