Role Description The Lead – Organisational Development & Leadership is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for designing and driving initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, leadership capability, and performance. The role involves assessing organizational needs, developing OD interventions, and implementing programs focused on leadership development, change management, and employee engagement. Day-to-day tasks include conducting diagnostics and data analysis, facilitating workshops and training sessions, partnering with functional leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, and supporting performance management frameworks. The role also includes creating communication plans for OD initiatives, monitoring program impact through metrics, and providing consultation to leaders on team development and organizational design. Collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to align talent strategies with overall business goals is a key part of the position.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret organizational data, diagnose issues, and measure the impact of OD and leadership initiatives.
Proven experience in Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness, including designing and implementing change and culture-building programs.
Expertise in Performance Management, including frameworks, goal-setting, feedback processes, and development planning.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, present to stakeholders, and create clear, engaging content for OD initiatives.
Experience in leadership development, talent management, or learning and development within a manufacturing or industrial environment is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with HR systems, OD tools, and data-driven decision-making; certification in coaching, OD, or leadership development is an advantage.
