About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to enhance customer experiences across its website, mobile applications, and digital touchpoints.
You’ll work closely with Product, Development and Marketing teams to create user-centric experiences that improve engagement, usability and conversion.
What you'll do:
✅ Lead the complete UX design process from concept to implementation
✅ Conduct user research and usability testing
✅ Create wireframes, prototypes and design specifications
✅ Build intuitive information architecture and navigation systems
✅ Design responsive experiences across devices and platforms
✅ Develop and maintain design systems and style guidelines
✅ Use A/B testing and user insights to improve experiences
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams
✅ Mentor junior UX designers
You should have:
• 3+ years of professional UX Design experience
• Experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of UX, interaction design and information architecture
• Experience with user research, usability testing and A/B testing
• Strong responsive design knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in UX, HCI or a related field
