Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Process in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to provide effective customer support through voice interactions.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, subject to eligibility criteria.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and concerns over voice calls , chats and emails.
Provide accurate, professional, and timely resolutions to customers.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
Understand customer requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Work effectively in a fast-paced customer support environment.
Eligibility Criteria - Freshers
Graduate candidates can apply.
Excellent English communication skills are required.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week - offs.
Good verbal and customer - handling skills.
Eligibility Criteria - Experienced Candidates
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / Customer Support
Excellent English communication and customer - handling skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week - offs.
Salary
Freshers: Up to ₹30,000 CTC
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹32,000 CTC
Salary will be offered based on candidate experience, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
