About the Role
We're hiring a creative and enthusiastic Influencer & Content Creator to develop engaging content for social media platforms and support our digital marketing, influencer marketing, and brand awareness initiatives. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are passionate about social media, content creation, reels, trends, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, and social media content
Develop creative content ideas based on social media trends and audience interests
Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing and social media campaigns
Research trending hashtags, sounds, topics, formats, and content ideas
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and internal teams for content campaigns
Assist with content calendars, campaign planning, and social media scheduling
Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and creative copy
Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and audience response
Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media trends
Support brand visibility and engagement through creative and consistent content
Key Skills Required
Strong interest in Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and Content Creation
Creative thinking with good storytelling and communication skills
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating short-form video content
Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar editing tools
Good understanding of social media trends, reels, hashtags, and engagement
Good written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, creativity, and willingness to learn
Qualification
Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with personal social media pages, content portfolios, internships, or relevant college projects will be preferred.
