Position: Sales Coordinator/Sales Support Executive
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (on-site) Local Candidate Only.
CTC – Up to 35K to 38K per Month (Depend on the experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day sales and administrative assistance to the Key Accounts and Sales team.
Operate and manage customer procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba and other similar B2B portals.
Process RFQs, customer enquiries, quotations and online orders within agreed turnaround times.
Liaise with internal departments on pricing, stock availability, technical specifications, documentation and delivery schedules.
Handle purchase order processing, proforma invoice sharing, order confirmations and dispatch coordination.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients regarding order status, expected delivery dates, queries and issue resolution.
Track and follow up on outstanding quotations, open orders, repeat business and pending payments.
Update and maintain CRM records, enquiry/RFQ trackers, order logs and periodic sales reports.
Ensure timely completion of portal-related submissions and accurate upkeep of key account documentation.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
2-4 Years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, Sales Adminstrator, Key Account Support or a Similar B2B Sales role.
Practical exposure to SAP Ariba or similar customer/vendor procurement portals.
Sound understanding of RFQ handling, quotation preparation, purchase orders and B2B sales processes.
Strong communication, coordination and follow-up abilities.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems and sales reporting.
Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
