Product Procurement & Operations Executive

Position Summary
Responsible for end-to-end execution of procurement operations from purchase order issuance to product availability, ensuring seamless coordination with vendors, logistics, accounts, warehouse, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and manage Purchase Orders and follow up with vendors.
· Coordinate product development, packaging artwork, labels, manuals and compliance requirements.
· Ensure vendor delivers products as per approved specifications and timelines.
· Track production, shipment, customs and delivery status.
· Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
· Maintain procurement trackers, ETAs and MIS reports.
· Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification, payment follow-up, debit/credit notes and vendor reconciliations.
· Coordinate with Warehouse for GRN, stock receipt and documentation.
· Maintain SKU master, product master and procurement records in ERP.
· Resolve operational issues across departments until closure.
Technical Competencies (Mandatory)
· Advanced Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query preferred, dashboards, reconciliation).
· Hands-on experience in Tally Prime (POs, Purchase, Inventory, Vendor Ledger, Outstanding, GST basics).
· Experience with Operational ERP systems for Procurement, Inventory, Product Master, GRN and Reporting.
· Excellent documentation, analytical and follow-up skills.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Product Operations or Vendor Coordination.
