Job Description:
What will your role look like
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain recruitment metrics and generate management reports.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

We would like you to bring along
Proven experience in technical IT recruitment (domestic).
Strong knowledge of software development roles, Specially Oracle Business Suite (Technical & Functional)- HCM, Finance, CPQ, HRMS, EPM etc along with (Java, .NET, Full Stack, DevOps, etc.).
Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Good-to-have skills
Experience in social media hiring strategies.
