Role Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Digital Marketing & Creative Media Specialist who can bridge the gap between digital marketing strategy and high-quality visual production.
In this hybrid role, you will own the entire content lifecycle end-to-end: Concept → Scripting/Research → Production (Shooting & Lighting) → Post-Production (Editing & Design) → SEO Optimization → Distribution → Performance Analytics.
The ideal candidate is a strategic digital marketer first, who can also pick up a camera to independently shoot corporate videos, capture professional event photography, edit engaging video clips, and design scroll-stopping digital assets.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategy
Content Calendar & Scheduling: Plan, execute, and manage organic content strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and key digital platforms.
Brand Storytelling: Create engaging visual content highlighting company milestones, executive leadership, tech innovations, client case studies, culture, and industry trends.
Audience Engagement & Growth: Leverage social algorithms, trends, and audience behavior insights to optimize posting times, formats, and community engagement.
2. YouTube Channel Management & Video SEO
Channel Ownership: Manage YouTube Studio operations, content scheduling, and playlist management.
Targeted SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research to optimize video titles, detailed descriptions, tags, metadata, timestamps/chapters, and pinned comments.
Performance Analytics: Track CTR, watch time, audience retention, and subscriber growth to refine content strategy and search ranking.
3. Professional Videography & Post-Production
Independent On-Site Filming: Operate mirrorless/DSLR cameras, mobile rigs, framing, studio/portable lighting, and wireless audio setups for:
Corporate leadership interviews & client testimonials
On-site project walkthroughs, client site visits, and events
Short-form social media reels, clips, and marketing videos
Video Editing: Edit long-form and short-form videos using professional editing suites (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
Motion & Polish: Add crisp subtitles, dynamic transitions, color grading, sound design/music, and light motion graphics.
4. Corporate Photography
Capture crisp, high-resolution corporate photography for leadership portraits, team culture, office activities, product/project installations, and industry conferences.
Perform post-shoot curation, basic retouching, exposure correction, and color editing.
Maintain a well-structured digital asset library of raw and edited media assets for multi-departmental use (PR, website, pitch decks, collateral).
5. Graphic Design & Creative Content
Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails, LinkedIn carousels, banner graphics, and promo assets.
Maintain visual hierarchy, typography, brand guidelines, and consistent aesthetics across all digital touchpoints.
Utilize Canva (mandatory) alongside Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator) and modern AI creative tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
6. Content Repurposing & Performance Analytics
Repurpose Assets: Convert long-form interviews, webinars, and site coverage into bite-sized social media reels, shorts, quote cards, and infographics.
Data-Driven Iteration: Produce monthly analytics reports evaluating content performance, identifying winning formats, and testing new creative strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience in a dual marketing and video/content creation role.
Portfolio/Showreel Mandatory: Submissions must include a link to a reel or portfolio demonstrating both marketing/social content and real-world videography, photography, and editing work.
Technical Competencies:
Digital & SEO: Proficiency in YouTube Studio, keyword tools, LinkedIn Analytics, and social management platforms.
Camera & Production: Strong practical experience operating professional cameras, audio equipment, and lighting setups independently.
Video Editing: Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
Design & Layout: Strong proficiency in Canva; working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is highly preferred.
AI & Workflow: Comfort using AI tools for ideation, scripting support, and asset enhancement.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to take complete ownership of projects from concept to final publish with minimal supervision.
Communication: Ability to translate technical, B2B, or corporate topics into visually engaging, accessible content.
Mobility: Willingness to travel to project locations, events, or client sites for shoots when required.
