Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Sales Specialist role based in Bengaluru South. The specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their IT and influencer marketing needs, present suitable solutions, and manage end-to-end sales cycles. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company targets. The role also involves maintaining strong account relationships, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution, and tracking sales performance through CRM tools. The specialist will be expected to stay updated on industry trends, provide feedback for product and service improvements, and represent MHS in meetings, events, and client presentations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in IT Sales and a solid understanding of Information Technology solutions relevant to digital and influencer marketing.
Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline building, and opportunity qualification.
Candidates should possess Account Management capabilities, including relationship building, upselling, and long-term client retention.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present solutions, negotiate, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in media, advertising, SaaS, or influencer marketing sales is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic data analysis for sales reporting is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
