Meme Content Creator/Social Media Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and internet-savvy Memer who can manage our company’s meme page and turn everyday corporate situations, trends, and workplace moments into funny, relatable, and out-of-the-box content.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company’s meme/social media page with fresh and engaging content.
Create corporate memes, reels, and trend-based content that are witty, relatable, and shareable.
Spot trending memes, formats, sounds, and internet culture and adapt them creatively for the brand.
Come up with original meme concepts around office culture, work life, employees, brands, and current trends.
Handle a camera and participate in on-camera content creation whenever required.
Shoot simple, spontaneous office content, reactions, skits, and meme-based videos.
Collaborate with the content and creative team to turn ideas into high-performing content.
Requirements
Comfortable handling a camera and shooting content independently.
Experience managing or creating content for a personal/own meme page is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of memes, internet culture, trends, and social media.
Good sense of humour, timing, and storytelling.
Ability to think beyond conventional corporate content and create unexpected, bold, and out-of-the-box ideas.
Basic knowledge of video editing and social media content creation.
Strong understanding of Instagram/Reels and what makes content viral and shareable.
