Dave Standards is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team in Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our logistics and warehouse operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can efficiently handle inventory management, dispatch processes, and quality control.
Responsibilities
Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure alignment with system reports.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods, coordinating logistics to meet customer delivery expectations.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards for products and processes
Analyze logistics processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, or quality concerns.
Prepare detailed inventory and operational reports for management review and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure effective performance and adherence to procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
Graduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
3-4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management with a strong background in operations.
Proven ability to manage inventory and dispatch processes effectively.
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities to handle logistics challenges.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational needs.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software.
