DEI Program Partner, Activation - (Women returning To work)

Project Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead a hands-on, action and impact-oriented DEI assignment at Titan, spanning inclusive leadership, DEI learning and employee community activation. The assignment owner will work across Titan to take initiatives from concept launch adoption impact, bringing together stakeholders, designing practical solutions and driving execution.
Qualifications
• Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Relevant prior experience in DEI, HR, organisational development, learning, culture, consul ng or related areas.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of workplace DEI and inclusion.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience may be through full-me roles, consulting, independent projects or other relevant professional experience.

Tasks & Deliverables
1. Inclusive Leadership Immersion
• Design and execute a high-impact DEI immersion for leadership.
• Bring external perspectives, data and insights into the conversation.
• Drive leadership commitments and follow-through.
2. DEI Learning Portfolio
• Strengthen the DEI learning library aligned to Titans priorities.
• Develop and launch practical, scenario-based e-learning modules.
• Drive LMS launch and learner engagement.
3. Community Activation
• Develop the framework and operating model for employee community groups.
• Support launch, community lead onboarding and engagement.
• Track participation and impact.
Overall Outcome: Activate leadership, build DEI capability, strengthen communities and drive measurable, sustained DEI ac on across Titan.
