Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating the selection process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting the organization's hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus recruitment, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate recruitment documentation.
Negotiate salary packages and prepare offer letters.
Conduct background verification and reference checks.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and employment laws.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Graduation or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience in Construction, Chemicals, Manufacturing process manufacturing, or a similarly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, and job portals.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and interview methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel.
Preferred Skills
Experience in volume hiring and lateral recruitment.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.
Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
