Role Description The Home Loan Service Center Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves handling customer inquiries and requests related to home loans, including providing information on loan products, documentation requirements, repayment schedules, and account status. The team member will process and track loan applications, coordinate with internal departments for approvals, and ensure accurate data entry in loan management systems. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer issues promptly and professionally, explaining loan terms and conditions clearly, and maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires contributing to service quality targets, supporting branch and operations teams, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending processes.
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and courteously with diverse customers.
Knowledge of Loans and related documentation, including eligibility criteria, underwriting basics, and repayment structures.
Proficiency in basic banking and financial concepts, with comfort using loan management and CRM systems.
Ability to work in a high-volume, process-driven environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in home loans, retail banking, or financial services is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills, time management, and a commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
