Role Description The Structural Design Engineer will work full time on-site in Indore, contributing to the design and analysis of civil and structural systems for pharmaceutical facilities. Responsibilities include performing structural analysis and design calculations, preparing and reviewing detailed drawings and models, and ensuring designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements. The role involves coordinating with architecture, HVAC, MEP, and electrical engineering teams to develop integrated solutions for turnkey projects. The engineer will support project planning, participate in design reviews, provide technical inputs during installation and commissioning, and assist in documentation for feasibility studies and regulatory approvals.
Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering for industrial and commercial building projects.
Candidates should possess solid Civil Engineering knowledge for foundations, framing, and construction methods.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and AutoCAD for creating and modifying structural drawings and models.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a master’s degree is an advantage.
Knowledge of Indian and international building codes and standards applicable to industrial and pharmaceutical facilities.
Experience with design software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, or similar) and familiarity with seismic and wind load design is beneficial.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety-focused thinking.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
Prior experience in industrial or pharmaceutical projects is preferred but not mandatory.
