All brands combined, our products cover every nook and corner of nutrition supplements. We have everything one needs from Whey Protein to Plant Protein to Multivitamins to Omega 3 and a lot more.

Key Responsibilities
· Strategy & Alignment: Develop and execute high-impact influencer marketing strategies that align directly with individual brand objectives across our portfolio.
· Talent Scouting & Onboarding: Proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant health, fitness, and lifestyle influencers based on deep metrics (audience demographics, authenticity, and engagement rates).
· End-to-End Execution: Ownership over entire campaign lifecycles including creative briefing, tracking timelines, and ensuring final deliverables are met.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain rock-solid relationships with creators, fitness athletes, and top talent agencies.
· Commercials & Legalities: Negotiate sharp commercial terms, draft performance contracts, and secure necessary content usage rights.
· Performance Optimization: Constantly monitor campaign metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and relentlessly optimize strategies based on data.
· Brand Stewardship: Ensure content quality, messaging accuracy, and creative brand alignment across all collaborations.
· Operations & Reporting: Handle day-to-day coordination, comprehensive reporting, and smooth payment tracking.
What We Are Looking For
· Proven Track Record: At least 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing influencer networks, ideally within the lifestyle, fitness, FMCG, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) space.
· Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and evolving creator ecosystems.
· The Ownership Mindset: You don't wait for instructions. You take the wheel, build systems, and treat your domain like your own business.
· Unconventional Problem Solvers: You thrive in fast-paced environments and love collaborating across teams during sudden brainstorm huddles.
· Sharp Negotiators: Excellent communication skills with a knack for closing mutually beneficial commercial deals.
