Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller at Muscle Pro Nutrition Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The FC will be responsible for financial planning, financial statements, finance, analytical skills, and financial reporting. The FC will play a crucial role in managing the company's finances, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance.
Role Overview:
The FP&A and MIS Reporting Specialist will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. This role involves analyzing financial performance, preparing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts; provide actionable insights.
Partner with business units to understand drivers of financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
MIS Reporting:
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
Consolidate financial data across departments and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.
Support ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
CA/CMA/MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
10 - 20 years of experience required
Experience in [industry, e.g., Manufacturing, FMCG, Nutraceutical, Financial] preferred.
