Key Responsibilities – Sr. Sales / Marketing Executive
Identify and develop new customers through market visits, travelling, cold calling, references, and other business development activities.
Generate new enquiries and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets from industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Regularly travel within the assigned territory for customer visits, meetings, presentations, technical discussions, and business development.
Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, drawings, applications, and product requirements.
Coordinate with Design, Production, and other departments for costing and preparation of technical and commercial quotations.
Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, negotiations, approvals, and purchase orders.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business and new sales opportunities.
Coordinate with Design and Production teams for drawing/3D model approvals, BOM details, technical clarifications, and order execution.
Identify new markets, industries, applications, and potential customers while monitoring competitor activities.
Maintain the sales pipeline, customer visit and enquiry records, follow-up status, and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports.
