Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and supporting TripFactory.com’s growing workforce. This role includes managing recruitment and selection processes, onboarding new team members, and ensuring a positive employee experience through engagement initiatives and performance management. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support training and development programs, and provide guidance to leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate HR records, handling payroll and benefits coordination in collaboration with finance, and facilitating conflict resolution and grievance handling in a fair and transparent manner. The role requires close partnership with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, foster a high-performance culture, and support organizational growth in a fast-paced travel technology environment.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling, with the ability to manage sensitive issues confidentially and constructively.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to India, including experience implementing HR frameworks and processes.
Skills in training and development, including identifying learning needs, coordinating programs, and supporting career development initiatives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role, ideally in technology, travel, or other dynamic, growth-oriented sectors.
