This role will primarily focus on talent acquisition (~70%), along with generalist HR, employee engagement, and culture (~30%).
Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
Sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and driving hiring processes.
Planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and monthly fun initiatives.
Planning, coordinating, and executing monthly L& D initiatives.
Supporting HR operations, administration, and employee-related activities.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years.
Have hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
Are comfortable managing recruitment activities independently.
Enjoy interacting and working closely with people.
Have strong communication and coordination skills.
Are organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
Are eager to learn and grow along with the organization.
