Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry-level Software Engineer - Python based in Noida. The role involves designing, implementing, and testing backend services and applications using Python, following best practices in software development and object-oriented programming. The engineer will work with senior developers to translate requirements into clean, maintainable code, assist in debugging and performance optimization, and participate in code reviews. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to documentation, and learning new tools and frameworks relevant to cloud platforms, APIs, and modern development workflows. The role also includes supporting integration, deployment, and basic monitoring activities under guidance, while continuously developing technical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and basic software engineering principles.
Programming skills with Python and experience or coursework in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Knowledge of Software Development practices, such as version control (e.g., Git), testing, and debugging.
Exposure to Back-End Web Development concepts, including APIs, databases, and web frameworks, is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Interest in modern cloud platforms, security-aware development, and building scalable software solutions is a plus.
