✔️ You know how to find the right candidate, not just send 20 profiles
✔️ You understand rates, RTRs, availability, work authorization & the realities of US staffing
✔️ You can build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged through the process
✔️ You thrive when the requirements are urgent and the competition is high
