🔹 Experience: 2–7 Years
🔹 Location: Hyderabad
🔹 Work Mode: Fully Onsite
🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time
🔹 CTC: Competitive / Based on experience & skills
💼 What You’ll Be Responsible For
✅ Marketing and placing IT consultants on bench
✅ Handling US IT staffing requirements
✅ Developing and maintaining vendor/client relationships
✅ Sourcing and identifying suitable requirements for consultants
✅ Candidate submissions, interview coordination & follow-ups
✅ Vendor communication and rate negotiation
✅ Developing new vendor/client connections
✅ Managing the complete placement cycle from submission to onboarding
✅ Maintaining daily submission, interview and placement reports
✅ Achieving individual and team placement targets
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2–7 years of hands-on Bench Sales experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market
✔️ Experience working with vendors, clients and implementation partners
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Strong knowledge of US visa/work authorization categories
✔️ Good understanding of contract/C2C staffing
✔️ Strong follow-up, networking and relationship-management skills
✔️ Target-oriented and self-motivated professionals
