Technical Product Manager

We're hiring in India. Technical Product Manager, US healthcare.
Gabeo (Palo Alto HQ) is building payment verification infrastructure for US healthcare. Our platform serves two sides of the market: risk-bearing organizations operating under delegated/capitated arrangements, and fee-for-service health systems. We're live with multiple customers across both segments and have real revenue.
We have an MVP in production. We need someone to turn it into a structured, scalable product.
What you'll do:
• Translate US payer and provider workflows into engineering requirements
• Own the product specification for platform capabilities serving both value-based care and fee-for-service customers
• Work directly with our CPO / CTO and engineering team in India
• Report to the founding team
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years in US healthcare, claims operations, payer configuration, provider contracting, or revenue cycle
• Working knowledge of EDI transactions (837/835), contract interpretation, and either delegated risk arrangements OR health system revenue cycle
• Background at Optum, Cognizant TriZetto, EXL, Sagility, Access Healthcare, Omega, or a US payer/MSO
• Can write a crisp PRD and sit between operations and engineers without losing either
• Based in India — Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurgaon, or remote
