🚨 Hiring: CCS Officer – Global Client Implementation | Mumbai
We are looking for a skilled and proven professional with 10+ years of experience to join our Global Client Implementation team and lead Back Office Accounting & Custody client conversion initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of onboarding plans and client conversion activities across Accounting, Custody and Insurance
• Provide SME expertise across MCH, Geneva and eHorizon, with focus on accounting and complex investment servicing
• Manage complex fund structures and investment types
• Oversee custody operations including trade processing, settlement, asset servicing, reconciliation and cash processing
• Demonstrate strong understanding of SSI and SWIFT messages/communications
• Identify processing methodology differences, assess impacts and ensure alignment between client and internal teams
• Research and resolve operational discrepancies and issues
• Partner with COEs, processing teams, Client Service and other business units to ensure seamless conversions
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and provide appropriate mitigation solutions
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Ensure operational readiness for BAU before and after conversion
• Lead and mentor team members, provide training and support cross-functional collaboration
• Manage client and stakeholder communication throughout the conversion lifecycle
🔹 What We're Looking For
✅ 10+ years of experience in Financial Services
✅ Strong experience in Global Custody Operations, Fund Accounting, Investment Manager Servicing or Client Implementation
✅ Knowledge of Transaction Management, Capital Markets, Back Office Accounting, Custody & Reconciliation
✅ Experience with MCH, Geneva and/or eHorizon
✅ Strong understanding of settlement, asset servicing and custody processes
✅ Experience with ETFs, Derivatives, Hedge Funds, Master-Feeder structures and Offshore products is preferred
✅ Previous experience in Client Service and/or Fund Accounting is an advantage
✅ Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Strong technology skills and ability to work independently as an SME
✅ Investment Banking certifications will be an added advantage
