Job Title: US STAFFING RECRUITER
Position: Non-IT & Engineering Recruiter – US Staffing
Experience: 6 Months – 5 Years
Location: Near Gaur Mall, Greater Noida West
Work Mode: Onsite
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000/month
Placement Incentive: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per successful placement
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience in US Staffing Recruitment
Prior experience working on W2 and/or Direct Hire requirements is required
Strong understanding of the US staffing/recruitment process
Experience sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates
Good communication and negotiation skills
Candidates from Non-IT and/or Engineering staffing backgrounds preferred
