Job Description
Tethera Capital is looking for freshers to join our Transaction Operations team in Kochi.
This role involves handling digital transactions, verifying payment details, maintaining records, and coordinating with the team to resolve transaction-related issues.
Training will be provided, and no prior work experience is required.
Responsibilities
•Process and verify daily transactions.
•Check payment and transaction details for accuracy.
•Maintain accurate records and update information.
•Identify and report incomplete or unusual transactions.
•Communicate with customers regarding transaction-related information.
•Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality.
•Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
•Freshers are welcome; no prior work experience is required.
•Good understanding and communication skills in Hindi and English.
•Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
•Good attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
•Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
•Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and in assigned shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
Training & Compensation
•Training period: 3 months
•Training stipend: 78,000 per month
•After successful completion of training: Continued employment with a salary of 1.5 LPA with incriments based on performance.
Work Location
Thengod, near Infopark, Kochi, Kerala
Transportation
Having your own vehicle is optional and may be useful for commuting to and from the workplace.
Shift Timings
•Day Shift: 8:30 AM - 7:15 PM
•Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 8:15 AM
