Customer Support Representative

Company Description
Tethera Capital Private Limited is looking for freshers to join our Customer Support & Operations team in Kochi.
The role involves assisting customers with transaction-related queries, verifying payment information, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with the operations team to resolve issues.
Training will be provided, and no prior work experience is required.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries through designated communication channels.
* Assist customers with transaction-related information and requests.
* Verify payment and transaction details for accuracy.
* Maintain accurate transaction and customer records.
* Identify and report incomplete, incorrect, or unusual transaction information.
* Coordinate with the operations team to resolve customer and transaction-related issues.
* Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
* Escalate issues to the appropriate team member when required.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day customer support and operational activities.
Requirements
* Freshers are welcome; no prior work experience required.
* Good communication skills in Hindi and English ( must)
* Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
* Good attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
* Responsible, disciplined, and professional approach to work.
* Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
* Ability to communicate politely and professionally with customers.
* Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and in assigned shifts.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
Training & Compensation
* Training period: 1 month
* Training stipend: ₹10000 per month
* Upon successful completion of training, continued employment may be offered at ₹ 15000 (1.8 lpa) .
* Performance-based increments may be provided based on company policy and performance.
Work Location
Thengod, near Infopark, Kochi, Kerala
Transportation
Having your own vehicle is optional and may be useful for commuting to and from the workplace.
Shift Timings
Rotational shifts may be assigned based on operational requirements.
* Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 8:00PM
* Night Shift: 8:15 PM – 8:15 AM
