Trident Consulting is looking for a driven, experienced US Recruiter who is ready to take ownership of high-priority US staffing requirements and deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Role: US IT Recruiter
Location: Adyar, Chennai (Onsite)
Shift: US Hours / Night Shift
Type: Fulltime
If you have strong US staffing experience, hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS expertise, and a proven track record of working with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS programs, we want to hear from you
Must-Have Experience
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS License
Strong Direct Client recruiting experience
Experience working with MSP / VMS programs
Proven US IT staffing/recruiting experience
Strong understanding of W2 hiring and US work authorizations
Experience recruiting across multiple IT/Non IT/ Technical roles
Strong candidate engagement, negotiation, and closing skills
Comfortable working US/EST hours and night shifts
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver candidates within tight timelines
We need a recruiter who is:
Proactive and aggressive in sourcing
Fast and responsive with submissions
Focused on quality and closures
Highly organized and able to manage multiple requirements
Strong in candidate engagement and negotiation
Results-driven and motivated by targets
