Duration: 6+ Months (Potentially Extended)
Pay rate: $38/hr on W2 (All inclusive)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development / Training Evaluation professional to evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of enterprise-wide training programs. This role will partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, program owners, and HR to develop measurement strategies, evaluation plans, data analysis, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in training evaluation, learning analytics, survey design, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead training measurement and evaluation strategies aligned with business objectives.
Partner with leaders, program owners, SMEs, HR, and stakeholders to define success measures, KPIs, and evaluation plans.
Conduct job, task, stakeholder, and learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and business needs.
Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, learning outcomes, behavior change, and business results.
Design and maintain surveys, questionnaires, assessments, and evaluation tools.
Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, and business metrics.
Apply the Kirkpatrick model to evaluate training effectiveness.
Analyze complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop reports and dashboards to communicate program performance and business impact.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, department leaders, and senior management.
Provide functional guidance to analysts supporting data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
Establish and maintain evaluation standards, methodologies, and governance practices across learning programs.
Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of combined experience in Learning & Development or Training.
Experience in training and development and program evaluation.
Experience developing and implementing evaluation methodologies, including questionnaires, surveys, focus groups, observations, and interviews.
Experience with survey platforms such as Alchemer, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics.
Hands-on experience using the Kirkpatrick model.
Strong experience analyzing large and complex datasets.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver accurate results.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing enterprise-wide/company-wide measurement strategies.
Experience creating dashboards using Power BI.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
