Role: US Technical Recruiter
Location: Tirunelveli – Onsite
Type: Full-Time
Shift: PST / US Hours
We are looking for a strong, experienced, and results-driven US Technical Recruiter who can work directly on high-priority US staffing requirements. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to source, screen, submit, and close candidates quickly while maintaining strong quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Strong Direct Client recruiting experience.
Experience working with MSP / VMS programs.
Proven US staffing experience across IT / Technical roles.
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS.
Strong knowledge of W2 hiring, work authorizations, and candidate closing.
Comfortable working PST / US hours.
Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing strategies.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver quality candidates within required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Work on Direct Client requirements across IT and Non-IT domains.
Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and internal databases.
Utilize advanced Boolean searches, networking, referrals, social media sourcing, and cold calling to identify top talent.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct candidate screening and qualification assessments, including experience, communication skills, work authorization, and compensation expectations.
Submit qualified candidates within required timelines while maintaining quality standards.
