Key Responsibilities:
Own ServiceNow enterprise platform blueprint, architecture and roadmap.
Define multi-instance strategy, tenant architecture, domain separation, instance consolidation and upgrade strategy.
Design enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, MID Server, ESB and legacy systems.
Drive CSDM, CMDB, Asset and Business Service architecture and data governance.
Establish platform technical governance, technical-debt management and Instance Health.
Ensure configuration over customization, upgrade-safe and OOTB solutions.
Perform performance optimization, including slow scripts, queries and database indexing.
Define CI/CD, Git, ATF and App Engine Studio architecture and governance.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture / Architecture Review Boards and provide strategic guidance.
