Business Generalist — Retail & E-Commerce

About the Role
Limese is a Korean beauty distribution company operating across India, the UAE, and Europe. We're looking for a generalist who can jump into whatever the business needs right now — retail ops, e-commerce partner management, inventory coordination, vendor relations — and get good at picking up new problems fast.
This isn't a role with a fixed lane. You'll start broad, and over time you'll naturally gravitate toward whatever you're best at and enjoy most. That becomes your specialization — and as you prove yourself in it, the goal is for you to own and lead that vertical outright, not just work within it.
What you'll actually be doing
Working with our retail team and warehouse to keep inventory and stock flow moving without gaps
Managing day-to-day communication with e-commerce and marketplace partners — onboarding, listings, visibility, resolving issues as they come up
Coordinating between internal teams (brand, ops, warehouse) so nothing falls through the cracks
Tracking what's working and what isn't across our sales channels, and flagging it
Taking on whatever operational fire needs putting out that week — this happens more than you'd think in a growing distribution business
Who this is for
You're comfortable with ambiguity — we're not a big company with a playbook for everything, and you'll often be figuring out the process as you go
You want breadth before you want a title — you're fine doing "unglamorous" operational work while you figure out what you actually want to specialize in
You're motivated by the idea of earning ownership of a full vertical over time, not just a fixed job description
You take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do next
You've either not worked in a large corporate setup before, or you actively didn't like it
One honest note
Every person here is an individual contributor with real operational responsibilities — this isn't a role where you sit above the work and delegate it. If you're looking for something short-term, or you're leaving your last job because it had too much hands-on operational work, this probably isn't the right fit. If you're excited by hands-on work in a growing business and want room to grow into owning something of your own later, this is a good place to be.
