We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, visual storytelling, and motion graphics. You will be responsible for creating impactful designs across digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency and mentoring junior designers.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, presentations, infographics, and marketing creatives.
Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and visual design strategies.
Create engaging motion graphics and basic animations for digital campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
Review and mentor junior designers to maintain design quality.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and technology teams to deliver creative solutions.
Prepare design guidelines, style guides, and visual assets for projects.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
✅ Requirements
4–5 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, and design process.
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva.
Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion graphics tools is preferred.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experience creating designs for web, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-driven with a creative mindset and attention to detail.

⭐ Preferred Experience
Experience working with B2B brands or marketing agencies.
Exposure to UI/UX design principles.
Experience creating brand guidelines and visual design systems.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
