Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with strong experience in mid-level, senior, and leadership hiring. The candidate should be a self-starter who can independently manage recruitment mandates from sourcing to closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end hiring for mid-level, senior, and leadership positions.
• Primarily handle recruitment across Sales, Business Development, Finance & Accounts and Operations.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, databases, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
• Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, role fit, compensation, and career progression.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure timely closures.
Mandatory Requirements
6–8 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Strong experience in mid-level and leadership hiring.
Proven recruitment experience in Sales/Marketing/Finance/Operations roles.
Prior experience with a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm is mandatory.
Strong sourcing, headhunting, and LinkedIn/Naukri search skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple requirements and drive closures.
Strong communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
