# Key Responsibilities / KRA :
• Attend customers, understand their requirements, and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
• Maintain proper product placement, category arrangement, and displays.
•Perform upselling and cross-selling by recommending relevant products.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Growfitz products, features, pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Handle POS operations, billing, payments, and accurate invoice generation.
• Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support stock counting, inventory management, and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
# Skills & Requirements :
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales and convincing abilities.
• Good understanding of products with willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and presentable personality.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
